Dear Jane:
I cannot tell you how many people I have met carrying your bag daily along Queen St. in the Beach where I work and live. Complete strangers (strangers no more) have asked me where I had bought my purse and I have had many interesting conversations with some very lovely people as a result. Not only a wonderful addition to any woman's wardrobe, but something to "make your day" by knowing even in your old beat up jeans you can look classy! Alas, my sister visiting from the U.S.A. begged and cajoled (I think kidnapped would be the better word) and your purse in now the fashion talk of Calais, Maine. I am back to a non descript carry-all but on the bright side I have met some very interesting bag ladies! Thank you Jane for making such fabulous bags .... what a wonderful addition to any woman's wardrobe. See you at your next Beach Show (I missed the last one).

I KNOW this bag works for me because I own two already! What better way to keep a busy woman organized: all those pockets hold my "must-have" items: iPhone, lipstick, sunglasses, eyeglasses, keys. The extra "space" in the rest of the bag means I can change whatever else I need that day: camera to record my family/friends gathering? Check! Magazine or book to read while taking the train? Check! Sweater/scarf/light jacket for air-conditioned rooms? Check!
But you've kept the "fun" in "functional" because your fabrics are fantastic! Something for every woman's varied tastes.
